Avitus – healthy mind

The mission of Avitus is increasing the wellbeing of people and decreasing stress, depression and burnout.

Avitus has focused on the work with mood disorders and stress since 2006. We try to prevent and alleviate burnout, long term stress, depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders. For that purpose we have created different group work and training programs, and we also offer individual counselling and supervision. We also train and counsel the specialists and employers of social sphere. We offer different trainings for organizations. Also, we try to raise awareness of mental health disorders.

Avitus is a social entrepreneurship that belongs to Estonian Social Enterprise Network since 2013. Avitus also belongs to the The Estonian Chamber of Disabled People and to Estonian Mental Health and Well-Being Coalition (VATEK).
